Scheduling Requests
Thank you for your interest in scheduling a meeting or event with our office. Please complete and submit the scheduling form, and your request will be reviewed and processed for consideration.
Events: All requests must be received at least one (1 month) prior to the event date to ensure adequate review time and the Councilmember’s availability to attend.
Meetings: Requests will be accepted at any time; however, the dates of interest will be evaluated to determine the Councilmember’s availability to meet. Staff member(s) will be assigned to attend and/or conduct meetings with and without the Councilmember as appropriate.
Due to the high volume of requests, we ask that you provide all pertinent details and allow our scheduling team two to three weeks from the date of your request to respond.
Please note that submission does not provide confirmation of the Councilmember’s attendance.
