Free LAHD Assistance for CD4 Residents

The Los Angeles Housing Department’s (LAHD) Compliance Division is providing Just Cause Ordinance (JCO) in-person support and assistance for constituents who may have questions or require guidance on completing forms, etc. LAHD staff and and the CD4 Planning and Housing team will also be available to help with other annual (RSO/SCEP) billing questions and additional housing support!

If you have any questions or concerns regarding the bills you’ve received, please sign up for an appointment at the link below.
